It is important to eat lots of fruits, vegetables, fish, and other whole natural foods that will nourish the body and the brain. Some people are very sensitive to gluten that is found in wheat and other grains. If this is the case, one should make an effort to reduce their carbohydrate intake.

Meditation is another tool that can be used to promote good health and to calm the mind. A simple way to do this is to sit in a comfortable position, close the eyes and start breathing deeply as described earlier. One can listen to calm music which is also useful to calm the mind and create a peaceful atmosphere. The right music is also good for meditation.
